Major Announcement Regarding Politirant

Politirant Members,

We have decided to upgrade the forum software from the current, free platform (Simple Machines) to vBulletin. While vBulletin does require an upfront payment, we believe it will be worth it to provide a better user experience for members. Many of you already have used this software on other forums.

No posts will be lost in the transition, though members will likely need to update their passwords.

If any of our regular posters have any concerns or objections, please reply in this thread or send an email or private message. We will provide more information as the transition approaches. Thanks to all of you for your contributions.

Is it connected to Political Hotwire? I wouldn't want them to think they have pulled the wool over somebody's eyes. As a few of their members have been ghosting round here. Waves to the Dipshits!

Not as many as PH but quite a few. We were at a point a lot of new members came and went. People who had been kicked off other forums because they were insane (David Banana, for example) had no trouble finding us.

He ended up quitting supposedly because he thought you were a Nazi or something as I recall. :D

Oh, and he also seemed fairly racist.  ::)

Granted, the circumstantial evidence is pretty bad. I talk about race and IQ, race and crime, race and immigration and I collect Nazi memorabilia.  ;D But I routinely defend Israel!
