So, as you can see the forum is back but not quite fully functional. Let me know in this thread or send a personal message if we're missing a feature or something isn't working right.

Also, if members want, we can restore the old forum in a read-only archive so that you can access your old posts.

Having an avatar would be great! It was too difficult to meet the requirements at PH

Yeah, not even hosted avatars worked there.

I finally gave up and Scottie had to implant the one I was using.

Another oddity about that site was that Firefox wouldn't recognize log-in cookies, you had to log in every time you visited the site when using Firefox.

Avatars are working correctly here, yes?

I'm sure it will be fine. I haven't picked one yet. The place I was at before had a weird system requirements. I just gave up.
