Can Grumpy or someone else explain the bolded part to me? How can Birthers say it doesn't matter where he was born? I thought the whole crux of the argument was that he born in Kenya, not Hawaii. So now the argument is that even if he was born in Hawaii he's still not a citizen? I don't get it.

true son my misstatement, the 14th was ratified in 1868 but the meaning we are debating was concurrent with that of the framers, being that individuals born with competing loyalties would not be considered natural born and therefore disqualified from serving as president.....it is thought that natural born was placed within the constitution with alexander hamilton in mind, regardless obama clearly was born of dual citizenship and therefore would not be subject only to these united states....here is a better explanation....
