duly noted, but after ac was given a time out things did get better around here, did they not? if i'm the only one who is bothered by his constant bashing/racism/idiocy then so be it.

personally i wouldn't spend much time on a board full of AC and BIGTEX posts -- would you?

and its not like he cant spout his garbage in the troll room either, it just keeps him for spreading his **** all over the site, which imo makes us all look bad

I just don't think BIGTEX has approached the level of AC. Not even close. AC was warned to stop (repeatedly) and his offense wasn't posting things that people didn't like.

yeh i guess bigtex should be warned. when AC said antisemetic stuff you got pretty heated, so in that sense they are similar. AC posted things people didn't like all the time, and he was annoying as heck, but its true bigtex doesnt post as frequently (yet).

I sure did get heated and confronted him, not ADMIN.

AC was on this board 24/7 and posted a dozen responses to something before anyone got a chance to respond. Worse yet, most of his responses were one line taunts.

so for either of you, is there a line drawn at all, or anything goes? freedom of speech goes both ways...obviously there are limits to our freedoms. you cant yell fire in a crowded theater. perhaps we need a constitution of politirant and a supreme court of politirant to interpret it

liltaint has the right to be a racist and express those beliefs as well.  i have the right to recognize him for what he is and say so.  some time back i believed that ac crossed the line in parodying christians as nazis.  few of you agreed.  i did not advocate banning him instead i simply chose to remove myself from the site for a short time.  personally i do not believe that liltaint has been as offensive as i have at times in the past.

i still like the idea of a politirant magna carta / constitution with a supreme court of peers to judge these issues

AC was on the site 24/7 posting one-liners and images all day long. It was impossible to follow a conversation. Bigtex is offensive but easily ignored. If he started to dominate the site, I'd agree.

Edit: He does like to throw the word "fascist" around as much as AC did tho.
