Kill them! Kill them twice!

just out of curiosity suppose the reps were to sit in at an event called, oh i don't know, how about the caucasian and caucasian xtra light forum?  how long before the media portrayed said event as a kkk gathering regardless of the discussion engaged?  think you could time it on your second hand?  just an observation that if a political party seems to play to race in this country today its the damn dems.  if a political party seeks to divide this country according to wealth, sex, gender id, age.....and first last and always race, well you can count on the damn dems.  i have a dream that someday a man will be judged on the content of his character and not the color of his skin.  just a dream i guess.

I wonder why when PBS held their debates, ALL the dems showed up, but in the republican debates, McCain, Romney, Thompson, & Giuliani passed?

Tavis Smiley was livid. The debate was billed as one that would focus on "minority issues".

Similarly, most of the leading GOP candidates passed a week earlier at the "Value Voters" debate, which enraged the organizers, who claim that the religious conservative voting block of the US will now refuse to vote for Thompson, Giuliani, McCain, or Romney. Huckabee placed 1st & Paul 2nd.

EDIT: I forgot to add that Univision will be airing a debate (all have accepted except Tancredo due to the format) from Miami this month. Univision is a Spanish language network. Odd that Rudy, Mitt, John, & Fred have opted to participate in this when they passed on PBS. The focus, of course, will be general (with obvious extra focus on immigration & "minority issues"), but will be broadcast in both English & Spanish.
