this doesnt make any sense...first of all obama doesnt sit on any courts in california

secondly, Pigsex calls the republicans who decided to strike down the gay marriage ban "lunatics" and "insane", then when the error is pointed out to him suggests that this is part of some grand republican strategy. can't have it both ways...

i would guess most of the nation really doesnt care two whits about gay marriage or who is doing what to whom behind closed doors. the ashcroft crowd does but they are being shoved aside by more reasonable members of the GOP

I believe that I am correct to in saying that in California the state constitution can be amended by a simple majority vote.  If the people of California disagree with the state’s supreme court they can amend the constitution and their grievances will be solved.

When i heard that these garbage judges dismissed the will of the people i was furious, then i began to weep. Not because of the gay marriage thing, i couldnt care less, but because these fascists took it upon themselves to overrule the vote. They Are as low as you get.  I am a woman so Its ok to cry.
