Why didn't my science teacher show me this? We only learned how to make oobleck, not how to make it morph and dance. At some points it looks like people growing out of the goo and then collapsing back into it. In either case, it looks ALIVE.  |

Have you ever seen oobleck? It's wild! It acts like a liquid until you apply stress to it, such as fast movement.
You can punch it with your fist, or a hammer, and it will either hurt you or shatter like plaster, then it will immediately melt together again.
Or you can stick your hand in it slowly, and when you try and rip it out really fast, the whole bowl will come with you (and then melt all over and make a mess).
But I have never seen this kind of shit, with the sub woofer and the metal tray. I am trying this tomorrow for sure.

Absolutely not. Corn starch and water. You can find the exact ratio of each somewhere online I am sure, is about 3 parts corn starch to 2 parts water, maybe even half and half.
You'll know the consistency when you reach it, but it's hard to add either after you mix it.
Mix slowly, or you'll break your arm off when it reaches consistency.
I think you can add food coloring, if you prefer.
