they actually might, although I have not heard it discussed.  People need to think outside of the "oil box."

i dont have much faith in either of the big two but if a party were to do it i think it would be under obama's leadership and not mccain's

Well, if the plan were implemented without any major modifications it will result in a major economic boom for the US and much of the 3rd World.
