That is thier worst fear.....we develop alternative energy thier economy is done.....
Do you think terrorism would increase or decrease after that happens.....
Its about dollars.....not the environment.......
I agree let them fight it out but soon they will using nukes then what? We will have to clean up that mess too.. The world will look to us to fix it like they always do....but most would say let them work it out....How about we try to prevent it.
It is believed that Iran has functional nukes and they do not want to bargain to reduce or eliminate them.
yeah but how in the world do we stop them from blasting each other into the stone age, since that seems to be what they want to do? if there has to be a nuclear war at least it's on the other side of the world from us maybe the EUROs could handle it since it is after all, their back yard (but yes of course the US will get stuck holding the bag)

Even if we did let them handle it and they f ed it up who would they call? US

If we don't need their oil ... who the F cares Whatever they want to do to each other will be just as important Sudan, Darfur and every other African nation engaged in genocide.

don't get me wrong, i hate genocide and agree we should do all we can to prevent it
but it's just not realistic to expect the United States to be able to do this and intervene in conflicts all over the world. If it were your kid, would you want to risk his life standing between a Hutu and a Tstse (sp?)? i wouldn't. even if we could deploy our military to conflicts like that it would just be a disaster because everyone would blame the US if things went bad, right or wrong. it really is a thankless job that will just end up pissing more people off.

For the economic reason you mentioned, I agree. Because of this I have a hard time believing that the US will back out and let their economy flop. I think politicians like to use the phrase 'alternative energy', but in reality it is just a political slogan. In my opinion. Bored, what does your caption mean?

Româneste este cea mai limba frumoasa, Of course! Romanian is a very beautiful language and country. I have fallen in love with it. I've also enjoyed reading about Romanian culture and history as well. I hope to spend at least 1 month there at some point in my life to explore and just enjoy the food and sites. They have many medieval towns and castles which I hope to someday see and touch.

Romania has been in the EU since Jan 1 2007. It had the fastest growing economy of all countries in the EU but has now fizzled out and was threatened with high inflation rates for 2008. I don't know what happened, i haven't followed the story in a few months. Talk about objective reporting, see a Romanian news source. I was jealous!
