Yes it is.

Catalan, French, Galician, Italian, Moldavian, Prtuguese, Romanian, Romansch, Spanish, Wallon and of course Latin are all romance languages.

I had never even heard of Walloon until you mentioned it...I guess that's not surprising but I've heard plenty about Catalan
