McCain/Palin 2008

« on: April 22, 2008, 08:46:53 PM »

Friendships with convicted terrorists?  Marriage to the only American president to have ever successfully been impeached?   Membership in a racist church which espouses anti-American views?  Campaign funding from our enemies?  Lack of experience?  Lack of experience?
Seriously, America is the greatest nation to have ever existed on Earth, and Barack Hussein Obama wants you to help him "change" that.  I really have no clue as to what Bill Clinton's wife claims to bring to the table.  Sure, there's no doubt in my mind that she's received hundreds of phonecalls at 3:00AM, but they were all from either hotels or police precincts.
There is but one choice left in this race, and it is John McCain.  In a thinking world, the contest would be between Fred Thompson and Bill Richardson, but we can't all base our most important decisions on logic, can we?

I disagree, and I am disappointed by your weakness against all the political smearing.

I thought people would have better heads than this.  Seems like a virus going around or something!  Cheesy

I have a new hypothesis upon the "evil powers" of the world, and I think they set people to argue against each other to distract us from something bigger.

What do I look for when choosing the next leader of the free world?  Somebody to dismantle the political parties and let people vote with a free mind. Smiley

Fuck conservative.  Fuck liberal.  Just be independent, all of you!!! Grin

I think that even you would agree that it's too late for Ron Paul.

If thats what you are looking for then why are you voting for obama? Why vote at all? Obama is no different than any other politician except for being black, which you point out all the time, he is your typical politician and if you think not you are a fool.  Sad

Politicians are not supposed to have power over us

I agree Obama is part of the system he is trying to buck, which makes him come off as not being very genuine in my eyes. The only candidate who doesn't come from the Washington machine is Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich.

But back to your post: What do I look for....
I look for a President who sees his job as protecting the Constitution and the rights mentioned within that document. I also look for a leader who is not afraid to to ditch the failed foreign policy of President Bush and disavowing themselves totally 99% of Bush's foreign and domestic policy.

Who are the true patriots: those who conform or those who protest against wars without purpose? How can it be said that blind support for war, no matter how misdirected the policy, is the duty of the patriot?

On Paul and Kucinich.

Ron Paul's detachment from the realities of international relations make him non-viable.  That, added to the fact that he looks just ex-fucking-actly like Marshall Applewhite  make me believe that he's in the running so that he can make the entire nation put on their Nike's and eat the Jell-O after we all have our genitals removed so that we can pass the TSA screening to board Hale-Bopp!

As everyone knows, Dennis Kucinich is the PILOT of Hale-Bopp.

A few days ago a buddy on my joke list sent this to me:

A Scandinavian friend writes: We in Denmark cannot figure out why you Americans are even bothering to hold an election.

On one side, you have a bitch who is a lawyer, married to a lawyer, and a lawyer who is married to a bitch, who is a lawyer.

On the other side, you have a true war hero married to a woman with a huge chest who owns a beer distributorship.

Is there a contest here?

Bush goes bumbling along, grinning and spewing moronic one-liners, as though nobody understands what a colossal failure he has been. I fear to the depth of my being that John McCain is just like him. Jack Cafferty
