2) Perhaps that wasn't PC, but it was a round-about way of saying "you are less than equal due to the color of your skin" (it was you who used the qualifier "black", as opposed to any other qualifier you could have chosen).

How about "get the hell out of my country and we'll rise or fall on our own, thank you very much."? Their fall has zero to do with being black, which is why using it as a qualifier is racism.
