I am not ashamed to tell you all that I voted for Dennis Kucinich during the primary season. Now that he has dropped out, I am split between Barack Obama and Ralph Nader. If Obama picks Hillary Clinton to be his running mate, I will most definitely throw my support behind Nader. I’m not ashamed to admit that, either.  Grin

There are some Dennis fans on this site I believe. My state requires party membership to vote in the primaries. I'm not affiliated with a party so did not participate.

Unrelated question ... why can territories (e.g., Puerto Rico) vote in the primaries but not in the general election?

Unlike most Kucinich supporters, I do not believe the United States government planned the attacks on September 11th, 2001. A lot of people believe that I support that tripe when I tell them who I voted for. It’s gotten be banned from some bars. Oh, well.

To answer your question, I really don’t know. It’s quite a pity, isn’t it?

i think the partys are in charge of all that rubbish so thats why the primaries are so messed up...the national election is obviously run by the federal government and terroritories arent states. pr has had plenty of chances to join but would prefer to enjoy the benefits of protection w/o having to pay taxes.

i love kucinich (and his wife)

That’s a good point. I like Kucinich, I love his wife. I’m usually not one for redheads, but if most of them look that good, sign me up.
