A person must be a certain percentage Hawaiian to qualify for racial welfare. All others are not considered Hawaiian and do not qualify for this welfare based on race. |

He's sitting in a movie theater with his wife watching some western flick, and you get the stereotypical Chinese laundry guy ("ancient Chinese secret" and all that - buck teeth, funny hat, big glasses). Everyone is laughing - except Bruce, who is offended & embarrassed. |
