Personal responsibility is number one.  People need to live up to their own shit, and stop just talking about it.

On the same token, others need to stop labeling and blaming so that we're all focussed on getting our heads out our asses.

Not really suggesting you guys have your heads up your ass, but sometimes mine is spinning so much I think that's where it ends up.
