Even if he did, he'd still do 300 push-ups every morning before breakfast.

The hallmarks of a real person are principle, character and moral courage.  There are many that have courage, but few who have the courage of their convictions.  Few indeed would have the courage to do what is right in the face of unpopularity, for it takes more than just courage but strength of character to stand up to the mob.  Those that do are truly admirable.

Pukka is very wise.

Some would say that Shrub has the moral courage to do what he believes is right despite all of the visceral hatred that is directed at him for his actions.

Harry S. Truman had moral courage. Ronald Reagan had moral courage. George W. Bush has no moral courage. If George W. Bush had moral courage, he would have admitted his mistakes in handling Iraq far sooner than he did. If George W. Bush had moral courage, he would continuously attack China for its human rights violations and not set foot on their soil. If George W. Bush had moral courage, he would demand the U.S./Mexico border to be sealed.
