Even tho' US firms may get the contract, they turn around and sub-contract the work to wealthy campaign contributors, who sub-contract the work to other wealthy camapaign contributors who get their supplies from fureigners.

bingo and this is why i say this is a national security issue.  our economics and national security concerns are inextricably linked whether we choose to recognize it or not.  would like to see/hear one candidate with the sense to state the obvious that being energy is the issue of the day.  it impacts every other issue on the table.  light bulbs and mileage standards is not the answer.

flash...the ladies are going at it hot and heavy.  ms edwards has stated that she is willing to take hard positions?  mrs bill wants to go to the mattresses for you and maybe with you!  obama is pontificating mightly fending off attacks on his flanks by the ladies.  he continues to speak much and say little but that makes him no different than the rest.

this just in, all of the ladies are adamant in their intentions to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory in iraq.  they seem to be as committed as dems can be to exiting by 2009, this in stark contrast with earlier performances in which the script called for a more cautious assessment.  in the first or second debate all of the ladies indicated that they would not guarantee us withdrawal by the end of their second term.  thats right math majors...2013!

well the ladies are all seated in a semi round table discussion.  like proper ladies all have their legs appropriately crossed.  its a weep-a-thon, this has to favor edwards.  i think mrs bill just referred to edwards as the son of a sow!  this is a ridiculous excuse for a debate.  other than all of the goodies they promise you they say actually nothing.
