Romney destroys McCain, Giuliani & Thompson eats Paul's dust.
1) Romney - 39%
2) McCain - 30%
3) Huckabee - 16%
4) Paul - 6%
5) Thompson - 4%
6) Giuliani - 3%
Not sure where that remaining 2% went. Maybe the fight was between Hunter, Keyes, & undecided?
Nevada - 1-19 SC - 1-19 LA - 1-22 Then Hawaii, Florida, & Maine......and Super Tuesday.
When is it Fred & Rudy are supposed to start placing?

Yeah I saw that last night. I was surprised by Paul's numbers.

Rudy's strategy is intriguing. Don't know enough about the electoral process to judge its merits. Can't help but suspect he's behind the power-curve for lack of press, as associated with Iowa and New Hamster.

I believe florida is a winner take all contest. If he wins all the delegates then he will be propelled to the front of the pack.

is he the frontrunner? i thought his dad was ex-gov of michigan and he was born there right? ...thought if it was expected for him to take MI and if he had lost he would be done but winning it doesnt mean he's going to take other states giuliani has been putting all his attention on florida right?

I've made no secret of my support for Paul, but if he loses, I hope he loses to Mitt. I don't like him on a LOT of levels, but he beats the shit outta the competition. Others have worked in safe gov jobs and such their whole lives while Mitt has been out in the real world. Of all the candidates, only Paul & Mitt can stave of a dollar crash (although Mitt will probably only stave it off for a cycle or two).
Why does the media not get 100% behind him? Other than their religious bigotry? Because they are, in the world of economics, fundamentally stupid. Besides, mainstream media outlets gave up reporting the news decades ago. Now they make the news.

of course he is the front runner. two firsts, two seconds and he leads in delegates. this without the more than friendly media coverage enjoyed by some of his competitors.

I disagree with the Conley's notion that we have had revolving front-runners. Romney has been there all along, taking 1st or 2nd in every single primary/caucus race so far. He is clearly THE front-runner whether anyone in the media or the world at large actually notices or not. But be sure that ALL his competitors notice a great deal.

Whoa ... you really haven't been paying much attention to the mittster ...
As gov of mass. he was for abortion rights ... now he's not. As gov of mass. he was for gay rights ... now he's not. As gov of mass. he was for gun control. Now he's a lifetime member of NRA (purchased in Aug 2006) and a life time hunter (once as a 15 year old and once a few years ago).
There's more .. but if you're really interested do a google search on romney flip flop
