Last time Ron Paul was hit by a money bomb, he broke al the records, pulling in over $6 million in one day.
Hot off his top Q4 showing of $20 million, beating "front-runner" Thompson & Giuliani almost every time out, and his 2nd place showing in NV, he will get bombed again - tomorrow.
As of now, he has already raised $1.3 million this quarter. Let's see what he has this time tomorrow!!!

He should run as an American Renegade Party candidate, making every promise he possibly can to every power-block in the country. He should promise the poor free money, food and shelter, minorities vengeance against Whitie, Whites protection from minorities, women total empowerment, convicts freedom and more criminal opportunity, gays more access to AC, doves peace, hawks nuclear war, etc., etc. He might win.

No, one of the other folks running should do that, because most of them have been shown to be liars.
What I like about RP is that you know where he stands, even if you disagree. If you disagree, it allows you to immediately remove him from your list of potential candidates. Now you just have to decide if actually believe what McCain, Romney, Thompson, Giuliani, & Huckabee have to say. Balance the one who is closest to what you want against your willingness to believe them, and you have yourself a candidate.
Anyway, RP is now at $1.7 million.

I confess. I've never really listened to RP because he's such an uninspiring speaker. Poor guy.

He is now at $3.2 million. Just shy of $2 million raised yesterday. All three times he's been hit with the bomb, he's beaten the old records.
I wonder what the others have?

its a wonder that with all that cash hasn't won a primary! by the time this is over he'll have enough to erect the ron paul memorial library as a testament to his candidacy but he won't be president!

Just as funny that with even more cash than Ron Paul, Giuliani has only beaten Duncan Hunter so far. Paul has crushed hi at every turn.
Paul, by contrast, placed 2nd in NV and is in it for the long-haul. We'll see whose strategy works, but remember that Giuliani, McCain, & others have laid off almost all of their staff at this point. Paul & Romney have not. The others are choosing specific states in which to campaign (hence Giuliani's poor performance thus far), which can easily back-fire.
If Giuliani doesn't win Florida, he is gone.
Thompson is also gone before Super Tuesday (and will likely throw support to McCain) if he doesn't win something fast.
McCain will survive to Feb 5, but if he doesn't have a clear victory, it is likely he'll be gone (unless he gets some money back into the campaign).
Almost all the candidates are broke at this point, and money is only trickling in. More will drop before Feb 5. Paul will spend his money on Super Tuesday states and have more to continue. I still think Huckabee will dry up and be gone by then. We'll see who is standing on Feb 6, but no one expects a clear victor at that time, as we usually have.

You must have missed the point that he has more money than the "front-runners" and he placed 2nd in NV...making a slow and steady climb. And now he has pushed Fred out of the way. July is next. Come November, you'll be casting a vote for him in opposition of Clinton-Obama.

Tying McCain in NV and beating Giuliani in every race thusfar and beating Thompson in most of the races thusfar is not competitive?
With regard to polls, they haven't been very accurate so far. Huckabee wasn't polling high until AFTER he won, for example.
