http://www.americasright.com/2008/08/obama-sued-in-philadelphia-federal.html A prominent Philadelphia attorney and Hillary Clinton supporter filed suit this afternoon in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Illinois Sen. Barack Obama, the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission. The action seeks an injunction preventing the senator from continuing his candidacy and a court order enjoining the DNC from nominating him next week, all on grounds that Sen. Obama is constitutionally ineligible to run for and hold the office of President of the United States.

OswaldTheOsprey Yeah, that's pretty frivolous, but I wonder why the lawsuit. Are they questioning his citizenship? We've already been through that.

Well a lawsuit will include depositions and witnesses under oath. So unless Billy Clinton is testifying we should get to the bottom of the issue. Hopefully, quickly.

Drudge Report ran a headliner that a company is making Obama/Bayh bumper stickers. Could it be? sure looks like it...wouldn't be the first time Drudge was first I read today, that Barack had each of his possible VPs names added to bumperstickers and such, just to throw off the media. And well it worked.

It probably wasn’t to throw off the media; it was probably to ensure that bumper stickers were ready as soon as the text message went out.

Well, it doesn't matter anymore. Obama announced Joseph Biden as his running mate today. OK, when are we going to dig up the dirt on Biden?
