Each political party has its little bag of tricks. If you don't vote GOP you are unpatriotic and unChristian. If you don't vote Democratic you are a racist and a sexist. There are many ways to love one's country and many ways to show it. Some wear American Flag pins while others try to bring our brave military home from unnecessary and sinister foreign entanglements.

The person who wrote JFK's inaugural speech hit it on the head.  "Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country."  This is why I shit on Welfare queens and worship our military.  Vonsheesha squirting out 27 kids like her pussy is a goddamned clown car does not merit the same respect as a kid who, against all fear, volunteers for military service.  THAT'S what patriotism is all about.  Fuck the ACLU, fuck NAMBLA, fuck all the alphabet soup clusterfucks which claim to be "As patriotic as you!" 
     Obama is trying to compensate for being too short to be in the NBA.  He brings absolutely Jack Shit to the table.  Not only is he totally unprepared to be POTUS, but he has more baggage than Leona Helmsley, Paris Hilton, and Alliyah.   And like Aaliyah, it will cause him to crash.  Chilling with the first person to bomb the Pentagon is not a mark of a patriot.  Worshiping at a church which unequivocally identifies itself as African isn't very American.  Having Che Guevara posters in his campaign headquarters should be enough to tell anyone with a fucking pulse that the shit-head is a dyed-in-the-wool communist.  Would you vote for McCain if he had a Hitler poster in his campaign headquarters?  I wouldn't, yet 28% of America seems to believe that the democrat party has chosen the best candidate. 

     This is one of the reasons why I consider the DNC to be the biggest threat to America since the War of 1812.  Fuck diversity.  Fuck "change".  I like America just the way we are.

the dems had a ridiculously bad field of candidates and chose the least qualified of the bunch.  the reps chose a non-conservative and a guy who admits to knowing nothing about the economy in a time when this country needs a president with understanding of and commitment to the free market.  with regard to patriotism, bo loves the america of his ideals and seeks to shape the nation in his own image.

Patriotism is loyalty and devotion to one’s country, which is manifested in the faithful performance of service and civic duty.  Unhappily, there are many that equate patriotism with grandstand shouts and cheers and flag-waiving, rather than fulfilling their responsibilities as citizens.  True patriots are those that sacrifice themselves for the sake of their county; false patriots are those that would make a sacrifice of their country for their own sake.
