Nothing is required.  I thought that you believed there was an instance where the US has given a country humanitarian aid in the aftermath of a natural disaster and took over in the process.  Of course, this has never occurred.  I don’t expect you to provide an example.

However, I guess I didn't fully read up on the REASONS they don't want help from us.  It sounds like people say their government is neglecting it's people, or withholding help and aid.  I'll have to research that.  Even then, it's not our business to shove help down their throats.

I do know that CHB has retracted Thompson's crap in the past.  Since a proven liar is the one who wrote this garbage and he won't name a source, I have to say that it never happened.  To his credit, he has a bright future at CBS News or the New York Times.
