yeah i have called him many bad names on this board (including murderer) but i am always sad to hear news like this.
to be honest i feel more for his family...this kind of shit can be devestating on so many levels, especially if he loses function as a result of this (not that i am guessing at the outcome -- i dont know what if anything has been reported about this, just saw the headline on cnn and the post here)
having been around some stroke victims they dont seem to have any idea the kind of shit their in (sometimes literally), but the wife of 50 yrs who is now unrecognized and has to either wipe him, hire someone to do so, or put him in a home -- that's the really brutal part
