This article discusses our colostomy bag leader's effort to negotiate a deal with the iraqi's that will give our military free reign to conduct combat operations with impunity and of course immunity to private security firms.

It appears that our colostomy bag leader believes this can be done without congress's approval but this deal must be approved by the iraqi goverment.

Since when has iraq become more democratic than us Huh

Plus there is one thing about this that I have never understood. If our colostomy bag leader doesn't get this deal ratified by congress .. what's to stop the next president from just saying go cheney yourself and reversing the decision just like our colostomy bag leader did with a bunch of the Big Dawg's presidential directives Huh
