Vincent Bugliosi’s testimony during the House Judiciary Committee hearing on the constitutional limits of executive power discussing Stephen Presser’s testimony that Clinton lying about sex is comparable to lying a country into war, and on whether Saddam was actually a threat to the US since we were trying to provoke him into attacking us.



Responding to Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, Vincent Bugliosi shows evidence of the administration lying about WMD and has Steve King looking like his head is going to explode trying to get him to stop during the House Judiciary Committee hearing on the constitutional limits of executive power. He makes the point very well that a country having WMD’s is not a reason to go to war, but instead whether a country is an eminent threat, and that the CIA said that even if he had WMD, Saddam would not have been a threat to the US.

I agree.  But I do not even consider such claims from individuals who are so deluded as to believe that Shrub is different from any other wartime president.  I don't like to appear to be defending Shrub, but I don't like such clear bias.

Point noted, however there is nothing that can be done about James Madison or George Washington because it has been so long ago and they are dead. This is present and must be addressed and stopped before we have no rights at all anymore. We are very close to marshal law being inacted by king george and if you think gas prices are a problem, wait till you see the food riots start and you lose your job and house and your wife and kids are detained without cause or charges because they were just trying to get to the kids soccer game on time and dodged a police checkpoint. Wait till its 4 am and your door is busted down and you and your family are taken into custody and you miss work and cant afford it and they then tell you oops we made a mistake, we wanted your neighbor for littering, or too much water usage or .........! If wee don't act now and bring this to a stop, this country and every citizen in it will see a depression that will make the one in the 30's look like a hickup. So we all have a decision to make...either turn our heads and look the other way while the gov. bends us all over and gives us all a serious f-----g, or we do something about it and takke back our country and reinstate our constitution. Just because he is the pres doesn't make him god and that he can do no wrong and can get away with murder. He works for us and not the other way around. We the people are the government. It is time the top officials were reminded about this, it seems they have forgotten who they work for.

He did not and 17 CIA officials under the Bush admin state so on record. Even if he did, which he didn't, he did not have the means to deliver them either, nor was he a threat to the American people in any way and that my friend are the lies bush told congress to start the war and they did not exist nor did his ability to deliver nor was he an emanate threat to us in any way. Therefore the bush admin is guilty of lying to draw us into a war we should have never been drawn into under false allegations that he knew were false and that is misuse and deliberate misuse of the executive branch and that is what he will be eventually be charged with and brought to justice. Good god, I can't believe there are people willing to defend this creep just because he is the president...ooooh woopy doo, He puts his pants on the way way we all do and he is not special...he is just a man...a psychopath...but just a man.
