J Edgar Movie Universally Panned

I'm surprised to see the reviews on here, normally Eastwood is so lauded and I did think Gran Torino was awesome. Million Dollar Baby was eh...this looks bad:

I knew the old age De Caprio wouldn't help things.

:D Well...in Hollywood, it's often a case of more is thought to be better, so in this case they went wild with it. I thought Eastwood was a good director, I'll withhold judgment on this film until/if I ever see it but those awards are more favoritism than based on merit anyhow.

Hey, I'm an Eastwood fan although I dislike Hollywood in general. I remember that was my first comment when I saw the ads for this film. DeCaprio looks like a freakin' ET.
